Seeking Program Coordinator, Kennedy-King College & Olive-Harvey College

There will be travel required to the downtown office and other campus locations. Duties include Scholar engagement and management, partner engagement and management, data collection and analysis, event planning/curriculum facilitation, and recruitment support.

Seeking Program Coordinator, Truman College

The OMD Program Coordinator will be embedded at Truman College, which is part of the City Colleges of Chicago. The Program Coordinator is the heart of OMD’s Scholar Support Model, responsible for effectively managing a caseload of around 60 community college Scholars and ensuring their successful persistence and completion in college and the OMD Program, as well as a successful transition to a bachelor’s program or career. There will be travel required to the downtown office and other campus locations. Duties include Scholar engagement and management, partner engagement and management, data collection and analysis, event planning/curriculum facilitation, and recruitment support.

Seeking Program Manager, Prairie State College

One Million Degrees’ Program Manager at Prairie State College (PSC) will lead the coordination of our unique and innovative partnership with the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) and PSC. The Program Manager will launch, implement, and manage OMD’s Scholar Support Model, and work directly with the scholars. Critical to the success of the program is effective partnership management and caseload management. This includes collaborating with campus staff and student support services to ensure all program components are in place for the OMD Program, making meaningful connections between scholars and campus staff, and interacting with scholars on an individual basis and in group settings to drive positive student outcomes.
