CORPORATE LEADERS VIRTUAL NETWORKING EVENT

More than 100 attendees joined us virtually for OMD’s Corporate Leaders Networking Event: “Building networks. Building community. Building Chicago”. An invigorating conversation with former Chief economist to President Obama, Dr. Austan Goolsbee, highlighted the importance of higher education for community college, OMD Scholars, and alumni. 2019 CORPORATE LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST

More than 100 attendees joined us Tuesday morning for OMD’s Corporate Leaders breakfast to discuss the diverse and motivated talent pipeline community college graduates contribute to our region’s workforce. Mayor Lori Lightfoot acknowledged that OMD is at the forefront of working with students at the City Colleges of Chicago. Thank you to all who attended. One Million Degrees holds one-of-a-kind events throughout the year intended to expand our scholars’ horizons and engage our volunteers and supporters.
